These are some of our FAQ's and basic information about our store. If these don't help to answer your questions please contact us and we would be more than happy to help.

Is everything on your store handmade? 

Yes! Everything that is displayed in the store is handmade in Australia!

Which doll sales donate money to charity? 

Our standard dolls (Willow, Poppy, Hannah and Giselle) provide a $5 donation to children's charity. We wait until an accumulation of $100 minimum of donations occurs before donating. The charity changes per donation though is always a charity that support children in need and their families. The donation is not applicable to standard dolls on sale.

How quickly can I expect my item to be shipped? 

Pre-made items are generally shipped within 3 days of purchase custom items are shipped within 2 - 4 weeks of purchase. We are a small business and while we aim to post your parcels as soon as we can sometimes there are delays by a day or two. If there are to be significant delays with your order being posted we will email you.

What is the Returns and Refunds Policy?

Returns are sent back at the cost of the customer. The amount paid for the product will be refunded in full. If the item is faulty then the cost of shipping the product back will also be reimbursed. 

 

The refund will be issued once the doll has been returned and can be determined that it has not been used. Returns and refunds are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and will only be approved if damage is a manufacturing fault and not caused by rough play. Change of mind refunds and returns are only valid for 14 days from delivery date and will only be processed once it the item is inspected and cleared from damages.

 

Our Standard dolls and bunnies have a one month warranty and if  there are any damages due to manufacturing fault we welcome you to send them back to us for repairs. Please note that another warranty does not commence from the returned repaired the one month will be from the date of purchase. While we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase please understand that we are a small business and all our dolls/items are handmade. Therefore while we make them with care and do our best to ensure they are strong they are much more delicate than your standard toys and we recommend (even with our standard dolls) that they are handled with care.

The determination for refund and warranty eligibility will be made at the discretion of Emmie May Dolls.

What age are your dolls designed for?

Our Mini Bunnies, Standard Dolls and Sensory comforters are designed for people aged 0-100! However for children aged below 5 years of age supervision is highly recommended while playing with our dolls/comforters. 

​

Our Art Dolls are much more delicate and are therefore only recommended for people aged 10-100. The Art Dolls are primarily designed for display purposes however can handle light & delicate play from children aged 10+ or adults. 

​

Please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade and so no matter the circumstances care should be taken when playing and loving them as they are more delicate than your average toy.
